1.
I went to the doctor's, about a week or so back, and my mum asked him to give me something to keep awake. After sagely pondering this, he decided to give me this drug that old people take to improve blood circulation in the brain ("Not that you're old," he said, "but it does help you stay alert!").

Noticing my mum's ill-disguised dubious look, he proceeded to tell us that when taking the medicine, it may seem like there's no change, but you'll know it works when you feel different when you stop taking it.

2.
Today I learnt that you can care too much, and that not everyone will appreciate it.

Pictures coming up in the next post!

&I thought school was a bore.

Well, it still mostly is, just that now there're interesting things happening here&there, keeping me amused (arising from incredulity and just sheer amazement at how people can be really immature).

&then there are the friends that rally around-- electrifying much! <3!

But, of course, the prelims loom ever-nearer, MCs have become the in-thing, thanks to our wonderful school policies. Can't have it all, I guess. &as far as things go, I have it pretty good.

Brillo!

Sorry for the lack of updates. Haven't had the mood to write about anything recently. Prelims are fast approaching, and study-wise, everything looks pretty gloomy.

Which spastic school doesn't provide a study break before the Prelims, but in the middle of it? Don't answer that, we all know the answer.

What good is that going to do? It makes no logical sense to expect better results for a more difficult exam as compared to an exam that we had a whole month off to study for. Seriously. It's mentally discouraging and physically exhausting -- basically just totally draining.

MAKES NO SENSE.

ok whatever, I will live through this -- partially dead, if not completely, but I'll live.
