on another note, i think SA's track team have this totally good time management idea. every morning, there'll be some of them in the library studying&some in the Cafe i think. so they study&study til like mid-afternoon (of cos they take breaks in between, they're not robots), then they go for training.
no idea what they do after they train, maybe they study some more or they take the night off. but i mean, it's good either way.
so isn't it like the ideal lifestyle?
study, exercise, study/rest.
too late i realised this too late. oh&even if i found out about it early on, it's not like i would really be able to follow the timetable.
actually, i wouldn't know if i haven't tried.
