go to Pasir Ris Park to cycle around enjoy the morning sun&cool sea breeze.
&i want to go to the little area where we can catch longkang fish&feed fish&all that- even though it's meant for kids half my age. (do they have an age limit on that place?)
then sit underneath a shelter while eating ice cream to cool down&escape from the hot hot sun for a while.
play in the water&hope that the water's not too cold. then sit atop the breakwater to dry off while talking&watching the waves rolling.
have a BBQ at a chalet/one of theBBQ pits lining the beach.
lie down on empty trashbags/mats&look up into the sky, willing it not to have a reddish tinge which makes it look quite scary.
talk/sing while waiting for the sun to rise. pray that there's no rain or red skies so that we actually see a sunrise.
have prata for breakfast before heading home for a good sleep.

on another note, i think SA's track team have this totally good time management idea. every morning, there'll be some of them in the library studying&some in the Cafe i think. so they study&study til like mid-afternoon (of cos they take breaks in between, they're not robots), then they go for training.
no idea what they do after they train, maybe they study some more or they take the night off. but i mean, it's good either way.
so isn't it like the ideal lifestyle?
study, exercise, study/rest.
too late i realised this too late. oh&even if i found out about it early on, it's not like i would really be able to follow the timetable.
actually, i wouldn't know if i haven't tried.
shall sleep soon i guess. night world!(:

last night at Pasir Ris Park, Area 2 Pit 25, there was...
4C BBQ!
getting the fire started was funny, cos we had to hold up umbrellas to keep the drizzle out. we also went to visit 4B's BBQ pit, which was just across the bridge from us! but let's just follow the pictures k?
so...
yayness! so attendance wasn't really wonderful, but we had a great time anyhow. while talking to Cherine yesterday (at what, 2am?), we realised that there are always this bunch of us who will always be there for every 4C event! so now we're called the ATP- Always There People. (:
Kahau, who is now in NYP cheerleading, was busy lifting people. first it was KahRay who went up in the air. but Zehan's was even better cos he actually managed to stand up! &he was afraid of losing his masculinity, so he made sure there were like 3 people supporting him.
after some people left, we just sat around&lepak-ed. so Cherine decided that we should take photos! Asiq stuck his head in while playing the guitar, just to be in a photo! multi-tasking man, haha! oh&i think i look totally unglam, but like Cherine said, pictures are the best way to make memories. (:
Wende came over at some point during the BBQ. Asiq&him were playing the guitar&singing songs like 'Tiger Lily', 'That Thing You Do'&'Better Man'. BETTER MAN is stuck in my brain now ok, all Wende's fault.
anyway, Wende was hilarious! singing, playing the guitar, taking self-shots, getting us to tie his hair&put on a hairband for him. &he claims his hair resembles the Beatles bowl-cut, but it doesn't!
so after we cleared up&donated the leftover otah&chicken wings&snacks to a family with lots of little kids, we went home. by that time it was just us left. oh&Wende, who's not in the picture cos he was the one taking it.
took bus 3 back with Qudsia, Siewy&Asyraf. the rest took 89 i think. everyone was like really dead beat cos we were like the first to come&last to leave. oh&due to some confusion, my mum only picked me up at punggol at midnight when i actually reached at like 1130pm.
to my amazement, she didn't scold me for reaching home late!
maybe she knows that i miss Secondary school&love 4C a lot, &that i don't really like JC. so she just lets me be happy with my 4Cians while i can(:
cos i'm not really enthu about much else, other than 4C of cos.

i dunno why i'm still smiling when i'm so obviously screwed for the CTs. this is it, i have to start studying. fortunately, the SEA tutorials have given me a pretty good foundation, &there's not too much to study for Literature since we're not doing the books.
that leaves Economics&International History.
INTERNATIONAL HISTORY!
i cannot stand it. i find it rather boring. but i have to do it. shall try to draw some inspiration from Zach's blog post¬ give up!

Sadly, however, poor Bat suffered from injuries so severe that he died peacefully roughly an hour after it was found. Hanis wept at the death of his dear pet Bat, who was his best friend for a short but memorable hour.

The Day He Found a Bat
One day, Muhd Hanis Kamis (the dude on the left. see what i had to resort to because you have no recent pictures of yourself)
was walking home when "plonk!" he heard a sound coming from behind. So he turned around and walked to where he thought the sound came from&there he found a bat lying on the ground. (i think this is what happened, i'm not too sure) So, being the animal-lover that he is, he decided to bring the poor bat home. Before he did that though, he brutally murdered all the red ants that had begun to attack the poor little bat.
On the walk back, he was thinking of a name for his new friend, &suddenly, he got it! "I'll name it BAT!" said Hanis triumphantly.
After bringing it home, he let little Bat rest in an empty tissue box&watched it sleep. While Bat slept, he could not resist taking a few photos of it. (i will only post one cos i'm too lazy to upload the rest. how cute is it?! &since when did Hanis' hand get so fair?)

hello sayangs.
omg so-very-malay. all Dee's fault.
talked to my dear super-busy bestie Dinah Faradinah yesterday! no, being the busy girl that she is, she has no time to meet up until JULY. which is NEXT MONTH.
but thanks to the invention of the short message system, we managed to have a long "talk" yesterday. i sent her a message cos i was feeling really frustrated&all, &i expected it to be just a short exchange before we both headed off to bed.
but not this time(:
we both messaged each other until past midnight&kept telling each other stuff (: felt good to have someone in the same situation as me, especially when our thoughts are so alike. it's like almost every message starts with a "i was just thinking that too!" or a "YALAH!". very very fun. miss talking to her!
unfortunately, i fell asleep at some point during this exchange.
ok, very anti-climax, i know.

back from UK&feeling good. missed being around my family&friends back here in Singapore. will update about the trip another day- it's too long&i'm too tired. or maybe i'm just lazy. or a combination of both!
anyway, met up with my darling bestie MASTURA! (who got selected for the New Paper New Face competition! tuala, you better go for it ok. i will so vote for you. &if you win, you are so paying me back the money i spent on voting for you.)

- passed Nic the jacket i bought from UK cos they were having a sale. my mum said he could have it free (oh yah, does it fit?)
- bought tickets at Cathay@Orchard for Ocean's 13&he paid (service charge for carrying the jacket back)
- walked all the way down to Lido, used the toilet, left Lido. (we both got some modelling agency's card again. he insisted this one was better cos the card was of better quality paper)
- went to Tangs to see Nic's parent's booth (the $700 watch is hot but would break my wallet)
- walked all the way back again for the movie.
- played two games of air hockey, &i won twice!
- some act-cool dude played air hockey with me&i lost miserably.
- watched Ocean's 13&withstood the cold cos i didn't want to miss any part of the show for fear of not understanding it.
- saw Sandhya outside Cathay Cineleisure&talked to her in the middle of the small lane.
- ate dinner at Food Republic.

- crammed into the MRT at orchard.
- got out at Somerset instead of Dhoby Ghaut cos i was blur.
- crammed back into the MRT again.
- stood hunched cos i was laughing too hard at Nic's shoulder getting banged by the door cos he forgot there was a second door&cos he was standing crouched beneath some guy's armpit.

Hey Niccs here reporting, fillin in fer Rachel and her blog as she is enjoying herself in UK. Haha i was supposed to update her blog periodically b4 she comes back, but i've been so busy... Onli doing it now when she's comin back tmr -_-.
One week has passed and alot of things has happened. Not only to me but everyone i guess. Yes dere's been alot of smiles and shit happening, but thats life yea. Alrites enough about emo and shit matters in life, rach didnt ask for a sad entry. haha
Er she didnt tell me much but she bought lots of stuffs man. Rich girl. And her transit stop was at Dubai. That's like my die-die must go holiday destination la omg. you know the 6-star hotel thats shaped like a sail and hangs by the sea? AHAIUBWXNKWOB I NID TO GO THERE. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Oh on de 1st or 2nd day of her UK lit trip, she spotted a grp of victorians in a Lit theatre with them. turns out they also having a Lit trip ard the same time. And turns out they r my close frens too. damn coincidental the only thing missing there was me, if not i cld have intro-ed everyone tgt and like have this mega party with everyone in UK.
I miss sentosa. Rach come back quick den we can organise a fb or og outin there. Er i havent started any hmwk yet so i'm feelin guilt. (1st time man) Gone are the days where hols= slack. Stupid JC whoever watever who implemented the exams to be after the hols. They themselves no life still have to drag us into their shit.
Miss waterpolo. Miss kayakin. Canoeing. dboating. AHHHH. I could have focused on dboating n made it into nationals, but i already promised to work hard for Track nationals. Sickening red track i see almost everyday. Even during the hols. But i feel the spirit in TJ's athletics Team. In fact thats the only thing i'm looking forward to now when school reopens. Other than that its back to the land of China.
Back to the moss-green shit they call Tj uniform. Back to the mushroom badge. Back to the 1001 china scholars. Oops, before i get stoned, i shld start lookin for my misplaced Communist textbooks.
